"God's purpose for the artist is to inspire, to give us visions of ourselves that we might not see, to make us better than we would have been. The world is better for the arts and righteous artists in it. In the quest to achieve greatness in artistic pursuits--whether in painting, music, dance, drama, film, sculpture, or the written word--we should always seek first to achieve God's purposes." -Elder M. Russell Ballard
Remember the little things, because one day you will look back and realize that they were the big things.

6 Big Ones!

Kirsten has crazy teeth.
Her baby teeth wouldn't get loose and fall out on their own.
Her adult teeth grew in anyways.
So she had 2 rows of teeth, pretty much, and it was causing her pain.
And there was much crowding.
So after months of stressing out about how we could afford to have them fixed our prayers were answered.
We met with a pediatric dentist and at the same time were able to meet his partner orthodontist who lives just across the hallway.
:) This made us happy! (:
So on March 23rd Kirsten had to have 6 of her baby teeth removed.
They gave her a sleeping potion, literally, and had her fall asleep on a large bean-bag chair, gave her a blanket, dimmed the lights, and turned on The Little Mermaid.
She told me it wouldn't work, she planned on staying awake.
But 1 seawitch thwarted + 1 happily ever after mermaid wedding + 45 minutes later she was snoring blissfully into the bean-bag.
She was really funny coming out of the deep sleap.
She just kept saying "Hey! Hey! Mom Hey!"
And here is what 6 teeth all pulled out together looks like:

And here is what 6 Big Ones look like from the Tooth Fairy.
