Looking for Cheap-ish Rent??

Hello all. As many of you know, Cameron and I manage a townhome community here in the Salt Lake area. At this moment we currently have (5) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units available for rent. They normally rent for $835/month, however they are currently renting for the low price of $715/month + Free basic extended cable service. If you or anybody you know is looking for a more affordable place to rent please keep us in mind. I don't know how long this low rate will be going for, so I'm letting as many people as I can know about it before it's gone. For more information you can email me at compasstownhomes@hotmail.com or feel free to call me in the office between 10AM-1PM at 801-965-3932. Thanks!
